WARRANTY & RETURN POLICY
Customer service is a top priority at DOPE MALAYSIA .
1 . You may return defective items within 14 days of received by date as indicated by your tracking information. Our policy covers any manufacturer defective items, dead on arrival items and items that do not appear as listed on the website. Items damaged by miss-use or improper care are not covered by our policy. If you received items that you do not know how to use, please feel free to contact us for proper care instructions and more in depth information on your items. We are gladly to assist.
2 . We DO NOT accept returns of: ACCESSORIES / E – LIQUID / SALES ITEMS
3 . Please note that return shipping is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received wrong item(s). Should you receive the wrong item(s) or an item is DOA, a return label will be provided. Please return the merchandise within 14 days from the shipped date to our returns address after you have contacting us.
4 . Upon receipt of your return, our Returns Department will inspect and test your merchandise first. If found defective, we will gladly send out a replacement of the original item(s) purchased, at no cost with a CASH VOURCHER , as long as the merchandise is available. If the merchandise is not available, we will contact customer for exchange item. If during testing of your merchandise, it is determined that it is fully functional, we reserve the right to return the merchandise .
5 . Returns must include all items that come with your item, this goes for starter kits and items that come as sets. If still available please include the packaging that your item came in. Securely pack item(s) that is need to be return in a box or parcel of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Please include your name, contact information and order number. We recommend using a carrier service that provides tracking that we can track back the return item(s).
6 . In regards to any arrival country that banned e-cig product, it will always subject to buyers risk. Once parcel has left Malaysia, we are no longer responsible or able to tolerate with any charge back cases. There is no refund due to issue such as confiscated by authority and rejected by the government of an importer’s country. There will be additional charges in order to reship back the orders due to rejected by customs.
7 . All returns are subject to case by case exceptions. I f have any questions or doubt, please contact us if you are having a problem with your items and we will do our best to help you.

8 . WARRANTY
*Device can’t switch On / Off.
*USB port defect.
*Internal battery drained faster.
WE DON’T COVERED
*Device fall off.
*Overcharge for internal battery device.
*Damage from leaking.
*Feel into the water ( by mistake or not ).
*Item(s) that already being used.
*CARELESS USE from customers.
9 . IMPORTANT NOTICE
9.1 ) Claim must be as soon as possible
9.2 ) For any claim, receipt / invoice / name / phone / reason / product pic must be provided.
9.3 ) For expired flavor / becomes dark / differ taste, our management will test before make any decision.
9.4 ) Our warranty department will check before make any decision.
9.5 ) Warranty proceedings prosses up to 2 weeks to a month (depending on the replacement parts from the manufacturer).
10. CLEARANCE ITEM
10.1 ) There is no warranty provided for the clearance item(s) as the item is already low price and low on quantity.
10.2 ) However the customer will be given 2 days maximum to test the functionality of the item(s) upon receiving.
10.3 ) If the item(s) is malfunction, the customer is allowed to change to a new item of the same product (based on availability) or item(s) that has the same price.
10.4 ) No refund will be given for the malfunctioning item(s).
