To place an order on our website, simply select the products you would like to purchase and add them to your cart. Proceed to checkout, enter your shipping and payment information, and confirm your order.
Once your order has been processed and packed, we will sent you an email/sms notification containing a unique tracking number for you to keep track on the status of your parcel at all times. This tracking number will be sent to your registered email address/phone number. Please check your spam box / junk mail in case it’s there!

We usually ship within 1-3 business days after order confirmation, depending on your location and shipping method. You can track the latest shipping time and logistics information through the order tracking page after placing an order.
Due to high traffic, please consider extra time gap between 1-2 hours even after your time slot taken, as well your order may be delay or postpone during rainy day.
